About the villa

Villa Rozhica is a new, beautiful and modern luxury villa with a private pool and whirlpool suitable for 8 people. It is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a view of the large swimming pool (48 m2), a beautifully landscaped garden and green surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and one en suite bedroom with its own bathroom, which is specially equipped and suitable for people with disabilities, is located on the ground floor of the house. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a balcony. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 3 cars. If you are planning a relaxing vacation with your family or friends, in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets and party groups of younger people are not allowed.

Booking, payment & cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
